Terms of Service

This agreement is the legal understanding between you and Nexitally VPN regarding the download, installation, account use, and operation of our apps, website, and acceleration services.

By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms. Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, modify, or create derivative works from the app or related service assets. All associated intellectual property remains the property of the service provider.

The service may rely on third-party infrastructure for payments, analytics, notifications, crash reporting, or related operational functions. Your use of those components may also be subject to the separate terms and privacy practices of those providers.

The service depends on an available network connection. We are not responsible for losses caused by carrier restrictions, device failures, roaming charges, unpaid mobile service, or local network conditions outside our control.

You are responsible for maintaining device security, account credentials, and lawful use. Jailbreaking, rooting, credential sharing, malware, or other high-risk behaviors may reduce service quality or expose your data, and related consequences remain the user's responsibility.
